Fender Guitars
Fender is one of the most revered and respected brands in popular music. They've been making guitars and amplifiers since the 1950's—and have been the instrument of choice for many of the world's most influential rock musicians—from Buddy Holly to Jimmy Hendrix.
This print campaign brought to life Fender's long–standing strategy of featuring music stars known for playing Fender guitars. It also represented a departure from Fender's traditional advertising in that it didn't show the guitars. Instead, it relied on the mystique and inspirational appeal that the brand had built up over the years as the instrument of rock legends.
